About Barbara

Barbara believes passionately in the importance of empowering people to take responsibilty for their own personal development and healing processes, this is driving force behind her desire to help others learn some of the new Energy Psychology methods. Whether you just want to learn EFT for your own use or you want to start climbing the rungs of the practitioner ladder you will find a course or workshop to suit you or just want some therapy sessions.
Barbara brings her own style and experience to each of her workshops, all of which are carried out in small friendly groups and giving plenty of practical experience as well as all the theory.

In addition to her Energy Pschology qualifications Barbara also  has qualifications in NLP, Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy and Reiki and runs a successful therapy practice in the New Forest near Southampton in Hampshire and is also available at Ashtara Awareness Centre
