EFT Introductory Day, Level 1. with Barbara Saph Licensed AMT Trainer
This is the entry level course for EFT and introduces newcomers to the basic foundations of EFT for use on yourself or family to resolve negative emotions such as guilt, anger or fear and lays the groundwork for future professional trainings.
It is open to anyone who has an interest in acquiring some skills in this area and will be of particular benefit to therapists, teachers, social workers. Course content - Development of EFT

- Practicing on some of your own issues such as pains or discomforts, cravings, specific memories.
You will receive an attendance certificate on completing the day from The Association for Meridian Energy Therapies This workshop is based on the regulated syllabus of the AMT and includes all the content that was previously approved by Gary Craig the founder of EFT before he developed his own certification program thus entitling you to the EFT Level 1 attendence certifiate. This course is a prerequisite for EFT Level 2 / Practitioner of Meridian Energy Therapies.
This workshop should entitle you to CPD points, but please check your relevant governing body.

2 day Meridian Energy Therapy (MET) Practitioner's Course , including syllabus for EFT Level 2 with licensed AMT Trainer Barbara Saph This course meets the requirements for Level 2 Practitioner training and is accredited with the Association for Meridian Energy Therapies It is a professional course aimed at those within Healing, Counselling and Health Care who wish to add this new powerful technique to their range of treatments. It is however still open to individuals who wish to take the training for personal development only (see certification pricing below).
Level 1 EFT is a prerequisite for this course and a copy of Level 1 certificate must be included with your booking form if you did not obtain your previous training from Saphire.
Course content taking your skills to a new level - Overview of course
- Tapping Therapeutically
- Developing skills with clients
- Refining the procedure with Tearless Trauma Technique and chasing the pain.
- Limiting Beliefs, how to release them and affirmations as in the Palace of Possibilities
Uncovering Core Issues - How to address physical issues.
- Borrowing Benefits, working with groups
- Introducing muscle testing and further testing of your work.
- Additional tapping points
- Working on the telephone.
- Practical exercises using your skills with others.
Certification.
You will receive a Level 2 attendance certificate on completion of the training from The Association for Meridian Energy Therapies.
To obtain certification as a Practitioner of Meridian Energy Therapies with the AMT it is necessary to: - Be a practicing therapist with insurance cover.
- To complete the open book exam and complete 1 full case study within 2 months.
- Payment of additional certification fee of £50 which includes 1 year’s membership of AMT and inclusion in their online Practitioner Listing.
- To sign AMT Code of Conduct
This course should entitle you to CPD points, but please check your relevant governing body.
£50 deposit secures your place up to 1 month prior to training, after 1 month full course fee payable in advance.

From The Sidereus Foundation, your fee includes 1 years license to practice and an entry on the EmoTrance practitioner listing at EmoTrance.com you will be asked to renew after this period. Certification is only available to existing therapists with current insurance cover.
However non therapists may take the two day course for their own interest, but without certification.
